Over the years\, we’ve partnered with legendary whiskey distillers and hand-selected multiple private barrels with Casa Herradura. If it’s about spirits\, we’re into it. \nJoin us for a one-night-only tequila dinner celebrating five exclusive Herradura Double Reposado barrel selections—three brand-new releases from our 2025 trip to Casa Herradura\, plus two favorites from our 2024 visit. Every barrel is available exclusively at our restaurants and paired with a family-style Mexican feast. \nSince 1870\, Casa Herradura has crafted tequila from 100% estate-grown blue Weber agave at its historic hacienda in Amatitán\, Jalisco. Their unique Double Reposado process finishes each private barrel in newly charred American oak\, creating tequilas with incredible depth and character. \nLast fall\, we traveled to Jalisco to choose barrels that would make the Three Amigos proud. There were no real bullets\, but there was plenty of tequila\, a legendary 150-year-old hacienda\, and enough horseshoes to convince us luck was on our side. \nMeet our newest amigos: \nMy Little Buttercup\nBright citrus\, pineapple\, vanilla\, baked agave\, and honey.
