There are a variety of group dining options available here at Local Three! Whether you’re looking for something private, semi-private, or communal – we’ve got you covered. Our team is able to accommodate groups of any size in settings ranging from casual to more formal as required. We’re also happy to cater an event at a venue of your choice in Buckhead or anywhere in the greater Atlanta area. Local Three’s signature Wine Room, known as the Knights of Revelry room (or KOR) is located off the main dining room behind sliding custom-made bar doors that allow for complete or partial privacy. The KOR is named for the infamous Mobile Mardi Gras Krewe, and the table is made from a 1979 Knights of Revelry Mardi Gras float. This room accommodates a maximum of 12 seated guests. Dinner reservations require a $600 food and beverage minimum, lunch reservations require $100 minimum, and brunch reservations require $200 minimum.
Our largest dining space is adjacent to our lobby with a private entrance. The Bushwood offers complete privacy and comprehensive audio and visual services for meetings or entertainment. This space is well suited for private rehearsal dinners, pharmaceutical dinner meetings, cocktail receptions, wine dinners, working lunches and professional seminars. The Bushwood accommodates 12-40 guests seated for lunch or dinner, and up to 60 guests for stand-up cocktail reception with bar. A minimum to book this space will apply.
Our Garden Terrace Patio is a partially covered space located at the front of the Forum building with access to the Borghese gardens. Weather permitting, this is an incredible space for any al fresco event. Planning your wedding in Atlanta? Our Garden Terrace Patio is perfect for rehearsal dinners and receptions! The Garden Terrace Patio accommodates up to 80 guests for a seated lunch or dinner and up to 200 guests for a cocktail style reception. A food and beverage minimum will apply. Depending on the size and need of the event, rental fees may also apply.
The Sunroom Area is in the corner of the main dining room (and is not an actual room). While it is not private, it is back in the corner and not on the way to anything. Therefore, no guests out of your group or Local Three employees will be passing through the space. We have pipe & drape to visually separate the space from the dining room, and can seat up to 26 guests between 3 separate tables. The Sun Room is available for dinner events only and booking is restricted to the winter months. Food & beverage minimums will apply.
The Community Tables are located in the center of our main dining room, and are perfect for casual group lunches, brunches, or dinners that don’t require privacy. Together, the tables accommodate up to 16 guests. Pulled apart, each table accommodates 10 guests (20 total). For 12-20 people there will be a $700 food and beverage minimum during dinner, $200 during lunch, and $150 during brunch. You may order from a set menu or our regular menus.
The U-Turn is the section of our bar located at the end and features wrap around seating. Our bar is a one-of-a-kind 37-foot bar. The natural edge oak was harvested from a downed tree off Mt. Paran Road, about a mile from Local Three. The U-Turn accommodates 14 seated guests, with room for standing and mingling. Weekdays require a $500 food and beverage minimum, $600 on Fridays and Saturdays. You can order from our cocktail party menu, a set dinner menu, or the regular dinner menu.
The restaurant can be reserved to host Full Restaurant buyouts for large events. The space can seat up to 110 guests for a seated dinner or up to 200 for a cocktail style celebration. All of our buyouts are custom designed to the guest’s needs and vision. Since we are closing the restaurant to regular service, we can work together to create a completely customized event using all that Local Three has to offer. Our kitchen will put together custom menu based on your needs and we can create a beverage plan for you. You are welcome to bring other vendors to personalize the event. Food and beverage minimums will apply to this option.
The Chef’s Table is located in the kitchen, seats 2-4 people, and is offered nightl y. Reservations can be made to begin from 5:30 through the last seating time of 8:00pm. It consists of approximately 8 courses (depending on portion size), all with pairings. The price is $175 per person and that includes food, pairings, tax and gratuity.
