Our Bourbon & Burgers Series is back, and this time we’re bringing in the blending masterminds at Barrell Craft Spirits for a night of exceptional whiskey, ridiculously good burgers, and a few pours you don’t come across every day.
Founded in Louisville in 2013, Barrell has built a reputation for doing things differently. Rather than distilling its own whiskey, the team hunts down exceptional barrels from established producers, experiments with creative finishes, and blends them into something greater than the sum of their parts. They’ve explored thousands of combinations, chasing flavors you simply can’t get by following the usual playbook. The result? Award-winning, boundary-pushing whiskeys bottled at cask strength, without chill filtration, and with absolutely no interest in being ordinary.
Melena Elliott, Regional Manager for Barrell Craft Spirits, will be joining us to lead the tasting, share the stories behind these remarkable blends, and walk us through a lineup that gets more interesting with every glass.
